Leticia Risco

Leticia Risco is a seasoned public affairs and criminal justice expert with over 10 years of experience in designing and managing innovative public policy in the security sector. Currently serving as a Criminal Justice Expert at UNODC, they previously held positions as a Senior Advisor at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety and as an advisor with the Organization of American States. Leticia has engaged in significant human rights activism and co-founded projects that promote community safety and accountability in Argentina. They are a Fulbright Scholar, having completed the Humphrey Fellowship at the University of Minnesota, and hold multiple degrees in law and public policy.
