Rustam Babayev

Rustam Babayev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Notably, Rustam served as Deputy Director at MY from April 2020 to July 2020 and held positions at Wellquip Oy's branch in Turkmenistan, first as Head of Safety and Security Section from March 2013 to February 2015, and later as HR Manager from February 2015 to June 2015. From August 2015 to January 2020, Rustam led the International Cooperation Department at NRCST and has been working as a National Program Officer at UNODC since July 2020. Academically, Rustam holds a Bachelor's degree in English language and literature studies from Turkmen State University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
