Maca Botta

Maca Botta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in promoting gender equity and workplace diversity through innovation and data analysis, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Brava since January 2020. Botta also holds the position of Director at Red WeAmericas and serves as a Non Executive Board Member at Unplastify. Previously, leadership roles included Head of Innovation at 1950Labs and consulting for UN Women. Educated in Economics at Universidad Católica del Uruguay, Botta has furthered expertise through various leadership programs at prestigious institutions, including Columbia Business School and The London School of Economics and Political Science. Additional entrepreneurial ventures encompass co-founding Doctari Latam and Sinergia Cowork, aimed at empowering young entrepreneurs.
