Simon Weaver

Simon Weaver is a seasoned technology executive with 25 years of experience in startups, scale-ups, and blue-chip companies, including 10 years in executive leadership roles. They served as Vice President of Research and Development at eBay from 2017 to 2018 and co-founded HomeX, where they held the position of Chief Technology Officer until 2021. Simon has held various significant roles at Microsoft, including Senior Manager, and later as Vice President of Engineering at Salesforce. Currently, they are the Chief of Staff at unPLUG Dining and a co-founder and president of The Couch, a mental health care provider utilizing telemedicine. They also serve as a board advisor for vFunction and have been actively involved in organizational transformation and technology strategy throughout their career.
