David Gulkowitz

David Gulkowitz is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at DSC Meridian Capital since October 2017. Additionally, David holds the position of Chair of the Hedge Fund Advisory Committee at Principles for Responsible Investment since June 2023. Previously, David co-founded Milford Sound Capital, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from October 2015 to September 2017. David's extensive background also includes a role as Chief Operating Officer at Hutchin Hill Capital, which operated as a multi-strategy hedge fund. Earlier experience encompasses leadership in quantitative trading and fixed income operations at SAC Capital and risk analysis at the Industrial Bank of Japan. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College.
