Sharon Hendricks

Sharon Hendricks is an experienced professional currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at MSCI Sustainability Institute, engaging with global sustainability leaders across various sectors. As Vice-Chair of the Investment Committee for the CalSTRS Board, Sharon represents community colleges and has held this position since 2012. In addition, Sharon has been a Director at the Principles for Responsible Investment since April 2019 and has taught public speaking and American English pronunciation at Los Angeles City College since 2004. Since June 2024, Sharon also serves as Treasurer for the Los Angeles College Faculty Guild, overseeing the budget for the organization. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Seattle Pacific University.
