Sofie Gentner

Sofie (Yellin) Gentner, SHRM-CP, is the Director of People at Unreal Snacks, where they are building the People function from the ground up. Previously, Sofie held various roles at Strava, including Senior People & Talent Partner, where they focused on organizational development and talent initiatives. Sofie also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at WHOOP and began their career in recruitment at Hirewell. They earned a Master of Arts in Social Work, Social Policy, and Social Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
