Nishtha currently serves in the Founder's Office - Growth at Unscript, where responsibilities include leading the Product Hunt launch strategy, managing a comprehensive website transformation, driving personal branding efforts for the founder, and securing key enterprise partnerships. Prior experience includes a role as Growth Manager at ShopDeck, where Nishtha successfully directed a team focused on profitability for over 300 D2C brands and significantly increased ad spend efficiency. Nishtha also held various roles at Tinder, culminating as Team Lead, and demonstrated strong leadership capabilities in multiple positions within the marketing and operations sectors, including experience in public relations and content creation. Nishtha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
