We teach 4 habits -

For working skillfully with any circumstance.

These habits are:
1. Being open & grounded in the present
2. Finding your values in uncomfortable feelings
3. Finding your values in challenging thoughts
4. Living those values through action

I work with men who grew up in emotionally intense, confusing, or chaotic environments.

You may have grown to believe that you needed to be perfect, take on the responsibility for others, or appear to have no needs of your own.

You may find yourself reluctant to express yourself fully or connect deeply with others.

Or you may feel distant, distracted, or reactive around the people you care for the most.

You do not need someone to tell you what to do – you have the internal resources you need.

You can access your stability, insight and wisdom no matter what life brings your way.

You can redesign your internal landscape – from a hectic battlefield to a calm oasis.

You can sleep soundly, connect deeply, lighten up, and focus.

The cost for this program is $400/month for 6 months

You get 4 weekly sessions per month – you will be heard, understood, and supported.

You will have email access for questions between sessions

All of this comes with this guarantee:

If you do the work and you don’t find that this program has significantly increased your inner peace, clarity, and stability, then you get your tuition returned to you.

It's that simple.
