Headquartered in Champaign-Urbana with clients across the midwest, our firm is passionate about empowering a new generation of leaders. Drawing on the work of world-renowned organizational health expert Patrick Lencioni, we focus our interventions on two key disciplines—improving team cohesion and enhancing organizational clarity. We deliver those interventions over the course of 3-6 months with a unique combination of tenacity and humility. Our ideal client is zealous for growth, eager to learn and willing to do the hard work of transforming organizational culture.
