The next Unternehmertag takes place from 18 - 20 March 2026 under the theme "The Great Re-Shuffle. Who Holds the Cards in Romorrow's World?" at Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt, Tegernsee, Germany.

In 2007, Mountain Partners founder Dr Cornelius “Conny” Boersch initiated the three-day event at the Tegernsee with the goal of providing his friends and business partners with an exclusive and high-end networking platform in a relaxed atmosphere. Over the years, the Unternehmertag has become one of the most popular events in the venture capital and private equity scene in Europe, known for its original and incomparable "spirit" of the founding years.

Since then, Conny and the Unternehmertag’s team have been bringing together a colorful potpourri of over 600 inspiring entrepreneurs, investors, business angels, and other influential personalities at the unique Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt every year.
Decision-makers from the European business and political communities network here in a relaxed atmosphere at keynote speeches, panel discussions, start-up pitches and an entertaining supporting programme.

As a “by-invitation-only event”, the Unternehmertag offers a unique opportunity to hand-selected individuals to connect in a relaxed and exclusive setting and network at the highest level.
