Raymond Chik has held a variety of positions in the technology industry since 2008. In 2008, they were a Co-Founder, Director and VP Engineering at Kapik Integration, where they were involved in sales, marketing, project management and the company's general operations. In 2012, they became the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of IssumaTek Co. Ltd. In 2014, they were an Angel Investor and Director at Lovacado Inc. and Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of 5Sentek Ltd. In 2017, they were a Co-Founder, Consultant and Advisor at Untether AI, as well as Co-Founder and VP Engineering at a fabless semiconductor company specializing in low power A.I. from the edge to the cloud. In 2020, they were an Angel Investor and Board Observer at Springdel, and in 2021 they became a Member of Keiretsu Forum Canada and an Angel Investor at Startup.Network. Finally, they are currently a Member of Maple Leaf Angels.
Raymond Chik completed their HKCEE at Cheung Chuk Shan College from 1978 to 1983. Raymond then pursued a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto from 1984 to 1995.
