Tom Bachant

Tom Bachant has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Unthread since August 2022. Before that, they founded and served as the CEO of Everyspace starting from February 2021. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Tom worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Cruise from October 2018 to February 2021. Tom co-founded and served as the CTO at Dashride from October 2013 to November 2018, leading product design and development until it was acquired by Cruise. Tom's career began at Sobrio, LLC in April 2012, where they co-founded the company and held multiple responsibilities like head of engineering, technology, and information services. Tom also worked as an iOS Developer at Groupcentric from November 2010 to May 2013. Tom started their professional journey as a Mobile User Experience Specialist at the University of Connecticut from August 2009 to July 2012.

Tom Bachant attended the University of Connecticut from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
