Caron Conway

Caron Conway (nee Gold) is an experienced professional in Human Resources and People Operations, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at UNTIL since February 2024, after holding the position of People Operations Manager. Conway has held various leadership roles including Head of HR at Wolff Olins and Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) & Talent at Mediaocean. Prior experience includes International Human Resources Manager at Flashtalking, HR & Recruitment Manager at Eat Work Art, and HR Associate at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. Conway began a career in HR with positions such as Resourcing Assistant at Securitech Recruitment Solutions and HR Advisor at NDCS, alongside roles at Barnardo's and Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Education was completed at Beal High School between 1991 and 1998.
