John Vaughan

John Vaughan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the property and workspace industry. Since April 2020, John has served as the Founder and Managing Director of Knowlemore Limited, focusing on delivering flexible workspaces and integrated operational services. Additionally, John co-founded Until, a support service for self-employed health professionals, and Office Ready Technology Ltd, which provides technology solutions for flexible offices. Prior to these roles, John co-founded The Instant Group and played a vital role in its growth, particularly in developing managed offerings. Earlier in the career, John worked as a Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate and began as a Surveyor after obtaining an MA in Property Valuation and Law from City St George’s, University of London. John is also a qualified Chartered Surveyor with a robust network among landlords, agents, and corporate occupiers.
