David Fleet

David Fleet has a diverse work experience in the field of visual effects and animation. David is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director at Untold Studios since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Co-Founder and Head of VFX at Untold Studios from July 2018 to November 2021.

Before joining Untold Studios, David worked at The Mill where they held various roles. David served as the Head of 3D in New York from June 2016 to June 2018, and as the Head of 3D in London from April 2014 to June 2016. Additionally, they were the Joint Deputy Head of 3D from March 2012 to April 2014, and started their tenure as a Lead artist/VFX supervisor from April 2010 to March 2012.

Prior to their time at The Mill, David worked at Nexus Productions as a Lead 3D Artist from November 2007 to April 2010. David began their career at RealtimeUK as a Lead Modeler/Texture Artist from August 2004 to September 2007. David also had an internship at UKAEA, Culham in 2003.

Overall, David Fleet has built a strong foundation in the visual effects industry, holding various leadership positions and contributing to notable studios throughout their career.

David Fleet attended Lancaster University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree in Technical and Information Illustration.
