Amila Pezer

Amila Pezer has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Amila began their career as a Fashion Stylist at dELiA*s in 2007 before moving on to become an Assistant General Manager at Coach. At Coach, they held this position for four years, from 2007 to 2011. Amila then joined Burberry as a Sales Manager, Assistant, where they provided HR consultation and support to associates. Later, they became a Senior Training and Development Manager at Burberry, responsible for training analysis and talent development in three regions within the Americas. Amila then transitioned to UNTUCKit as a Market Manager, focusing on customer service and store operations. Currently, they serve as the Senior Manager of Education and Development, Retail & Corporate at UNTUCKit, overseeing training initiatives in retail stores across the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom. In this role, they focus on team development and supporting overall business sales results.
