Devon Baverman has a diverse work experience in the field of brand visuals and photography. They started working at Little Red Book in 2011 as the Director of Photography, and after a year, they joined Esquire magazine as a Photography Intern. In 2012, they worked as a Photo Coordinator at The Knot Worldwide. Their work continued at Hearst Magazines, where they held the roles of Associate Photo Editor + Producer at Popular Mechanics and later became the Photo Editor + Creative Content Producer at Good Housekeeping. In 2017, they moved on to become the Visuals Editor for GQ and GQ Style at Condé Nast. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Brand Visuals at UNTUCKit, where they previously held the role of Photo Art Director.
Devon Baverman has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from The University of Georgia. Additionally, they have completed continuing education in Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts. Devon also pursued a study abroad program at The University of Georgia in Cortona, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography. Recently, Devon obtained a Specialization in Graphic Design from the California Institute of the Arts in August 2021.

They started UNTUCKit because they had trouble finding shirts that looked good untucked. They were too long and too bulky. It’s a deceptively difficult look to get right. So they decided to make shirts for those who want to wear their shirts untucked. They would make a better shirt for the untucked man.
