Amanda Blake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operational management. Currently serving as Director of Portfolio Management and Director of Customer Experience at Unum since July 2018, Amanda has successfully directed enterprise-wide customer experience measurement strategies, leveraging advanced analytics to provide insights to key stakeholders. Prior to Unum, Amanda co-founded Pink Robin Inc. and Kinsey Academy, and held various management roles at UnitedHealth Group, where notable contributions included delivering over $500,000 in annualized savings through strategic process improvements. Additional experience includes management roles in customer service at Fallon Health, as well as youth support roles earlier in Amanda's career. Amanda holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Southern Maine.
