Edward Rayson

Edward Rayson is a highly experienced actuarial and finance professional with a robust background in risk management and capital forecasting. Currently serving as a Senior Actuarial Manager at Unum since June 2021, Rayson previously held significant roles at LV= from July 2008 to June 2021, including Lead Actuarial Manager and Planning & Financial Solutions Manager, leading capital management initiatives. Prior to LV=, Rayson contributed to Barclays Bank PLC as a Senior Actuarial Analyst and Relationship Director, managing corporate insurance customer portfolios, as well as serving as Corporate Credit Manager. Early career experience includes a Regional Sales Manager position at Genesis Capital Plc, where Rayson specialized in tax-based asset finance. Rayson holds a 1st Class BSci (Hons) degree in Physics from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.
