Eric Sharkey

Eric Sharkey, MBA, is a cross-functional leader currently serving as the Director of Strategic Enablement at Unum. An accomplished professional, Sharkey previously held various roles at Unum, including Director of Strategy Execution and Manager of Absence Quality & Compliance, where efforts centered on enhancing operational excellence and compliance. Prior experiences include leadership positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Northstar Mortgage, where they excelled in sales and client management. Sharkey earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Southern Maine.
