Hal Sizer

Hal Sizer has an extensive career in the benefits and insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Executive Benefits Consultant at Unum since 2016, following the role of Executive Benefits Consultant. Prior to this, Hal worked at MassMutual from October 1999 to March 2016 as Managing Director of Sales, where the focus was on generating new business through brokers while maintaining high-quality service for existing clients. Earlier experience at Unum from June 1996 to September 1999 included the position of Sales Manager, leading a team of wholesalers in individual disability income insurance. Hal Sizer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Government from Connecticut College, earned between 1980 and 1984, and attended Phillips Academy for high school.
