Jon Wallace

Jon Wallace is a seasoned Principal Software Engineer at Unum, with extensive experience in application development and architecture, particularly within the Benefits and Contact Center Technology Team. Since July 2013, Jon has led initiatives including the re-architecture of critical applications and API implementation on AWS using C#. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer, where Jon was involved in the development of Windows Embedded Device Manager 2011. Jon's foundational career at Unum began in 1998, where roles evolved from a Programmer Analyst to systems consulting, focusing on enterprise architecture and application services. Jon holds a BA in Political Science from Bates College and has pursued additional education at the University of Southern Maine and the University of Bristol.
