Kailey Chen

Kailey Chen is a National Relationship Director at Unum, having progressed through multiple roles since June 2015, including Manager of Broker Development and Learning Consultant, where responsibilities included overseeing training programs for Client Managers and Sales Interns. Prior roles at Unum also include Training Consultant II and I, focusing on Service Operations, as well as an internship that involved enhancing training materials and creating interactive solutions. Prior to Unum, Kailey served as a Volunteer Intern at Make-A-Wish® Maine, assisting with marketing and administrative tasks. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from the University of Maine and a high school diploma from Thornton Academy.
