Manager III

Keysha Baker has over two decades of experience in customer service and management roles, beginning as an Assistant Site Director at APAC Customer Services from April 2000 to July 2002, where responsibilities included interpreting and implementing company policies and developing operating procedures. Keysha has extensive experience at Colonial Life, serving in various billing positions, including Supervisor and Senior Billing Specialist III, from July 2018 to April 2020. Currently, Keysha holds the position of Manager III at Unum since October 2022. Keysha holds an education degree from Capella University, completed between 2015 and 2017.
