Max Schmidtke

Max Schmidtke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Unum since January 2024, Max previously worked as a Project Manager at SERVPRO from January 2023 to January 2024. Notably, Max co-founded Mainely Medical in November 2017, where the role involved navigating complex regulatory challenges in the medical cannabis sector until December 2022. Additionally, as VP of Operations and Co-Founder at mcSquares from April 2013 to December 2017, Max played a critical role in product development and market launch. Diverse supervisory experiences also include roles at Talking Offline, Lawn Doctor, La Paz Restaurant, and University Catering from January 2008 to November 2017. Max holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Conservation Science from The University of New Hampshire and studied SolidWorks CAD Modeling at MCAD Technologies.
