Michael Mason, MBA, is an accomplished Enterprise Architect and IT Executive, currently serving as a Principal and Senior Solutions Architect at Unum, where they focus on developing innovative, customer-centric solutions for healthcare claims and call centers. With experience spanning over a decade at Unum, Michael has pioneered technologies in mobile applications, automation, and customer experience, significantly enhancing service operations and enabling autonomous customer interactions. Michael previously held key roles including Assistant Vice President of Web Portal Development, where they led the successful design and implementation of the company’s first online insurance enrollment portal.
