Roxy V. possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously in various talent acquisition roles at Unum since July 2021. Additionally, Roxy holds leadership positions as Chair of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors at Girls Inc. of Chattanooga. Prior experience includes working as an HR Generalist at EPB, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and compensation. Roxy also has a background in customer service and project supervision at BroadPath, along with management experience at Sunrise Custom Harvesting and marketing and sales roles at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Roxy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Leadership from Ashford University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Chattanooga State Community College.
