Todd Whyte

Todd Whyte currently serves as the Head of Unum Decision Technologies, overseeing a team of data science and IT professionals to develop data pipelines and statistical models while collaborating with ML/AI engineers. Prior to joining Unum in 2023, Todd Whyte was a Senior Director at Waste Management, Inc., where the focus was on analytic data strategy and leading a team to create innovative advanced analytic solutions. Previous roles include Vice President at American Commercial Lines, where strategic planning was key to driving revenue and operational improvements, and serving as an Adjunct Professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of Louisville. Todd Whyte holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky.
