Xiaochen Dong

Xiaochen Dong is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Mathematics at the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs at Wesleyan College. They have served as an Instructor in Mathematics at Georgia Perimeter College from 2014 to 2015 and have accumulated extensive experience in actuarial roles at Unum and Athene. Most recently, they held the position of Director, Actuary at Unum, focusing on Individual Disability Experience Analysis, where they managed IDI assumption development, LDTI experience monitoring, and built predictive analytics capabilities.
