Unwind Mindfulness Training and Coaching offers Mindfulness trainings and personal coaching aiming to unleash your hidden potential and enable your personal and professional growth.

The coaching sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, and will be flexibly enriched with mindfulness aspects, DISC and inner motivator analysis, activities inside and outside supporting you in following your own path. 

Mindfulness trainings are offered in small groups based off the MBSR/MBCT. Additionally, I offer mindful running and walking as a tool to nourish your mindfulness habit and personal growth. 

Working together with Unwind Mindfulness training and Coaching, you will be able to gain insights in which aspects of your life hamper you from growing to use your full potential or reduce stress and learn how to overcome those obstacles in a sustainable manner. We work goal-oriented to help you gai what really drives you and makes you happy in life. 

By using the tools your will acquire during the training, you will be able to finding and following your own path and reach your goals.
