Troy Steffenson

Troy Steffenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in carrier connectivity and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems. Currently serving as a Senior Team Leader and EDI Specialist at Unyson since June 2004, Troy is responsible for setting up and troubleshooting carrier EDI. Concurrently, Troy has held a role in Carrier Connectivity at Hub Group since June 2004. Prior experience includes leadership as a Customer Service Team Leader at Transentric LLC from 1999 to 2004, and a position as a Staff Meteorologist at SSI, Inc. from 1989 to 1997, where forecasting services were provided for highway departments and airports. Troy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Meteorology from St. Louis University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
