Hernán Iten

Hern Kim is an experienced medical device design consultant with expertise in rapid product development for Class I/II/III medical devices. Their work includes front-end concept development, ergonomic study, mechanical features, prototyping/design validation, and full-scale manufacturing. They have worked on a variety of medical devices such as catheter delivery/control systems, dental devices, ergonomic handhelds, surgical robotics, imaging systems, medical carts, and lab benchtop equipment. Hern has held roles at multiple companies, including HERNETICS, LLC, where they started their career in 2007.
