Rait Maasikas

Rait Maasikas is the Chief Financial Officer at UP Catalyst since June 2023, focusing on producing sustainable carbon nanomaterials and graphite for green energy storage applications. As a co-founder of WineExperience.club since August 2022, Rait has been involved in developing a digital automated solution to enhance customer engagement and sales within the wine industry. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Head of Performance Management & Insight at LuminorGroup, where Rait established key financial functions, and various significant positions at Swedbank, ranging from Head of IT Delivery to Chief Financial Officer of Group IT. Rait's career began in equity research and institutional sales at LHV. Educationally, Rait holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Digital Transformation in Business from TalTech and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Tartu.
