We are Guernsey’s only Climbing Centre and we look forward to welcoming you to our walls!

Rock Climbing is a great sport for all ages and for both the body and mind. The increasing body of research which supports the psychological and physical benefits is what led to the development of UP Climbing, by an Osteopath of over 30 years experience, who was also a climber! It enables us to provide easy access to all the benefits of climbing - including ‘Climbing fun for everyone’.

Climbing is great fun and a brilliant strength workout. You also need to concentrate on each move while you climb, which makes it a ‘mindful’ workout, as well as helping you build problem-solving skills. It also helps to develop hand eye co-ordination, improve core stability and confidence.

Up Climbing runs a variety of sessions including: climbing clubs in the day, afterschool and on weekends. Our club sessions are for all those from age 2+. We also run various 1:1 and SEND sessions, as well as school, club and youth group sessions for both local and visiting groups. We also run Corporate wellness, team buidling and social events.

Pop in to have a go and see how climbing can be of benefit to you!
