At Up Coffee, we solely source and roast certified organic, specialty grade beans. While this is a rare approach to take within the world of specialty coffee, we strongly believe in our mission to delight conscious coffee drinkers with coffees that benefit both people and planet.

The Roastery | Always organic since '93
We regularly travel the world in search of the finest certified organic, specialty grade beans we can find. Our Roastmaster then patiently roasts small batches right here in Minneapolis.

Wholesale | We put all the pieces together.
Wholesale coffee. Café supplies and equipment. Training and education. Up Coffee is your one-stop-shop for all things coffee. We service all kinds of businesses, including cafés, restaurants, offices, schools, and more. Our Wholesale team has the perfect coffee and products for you.

The Café | Find your home away from home.
Seasonal drinks. Breakfast and baked goods. Excellent service. And, of course, organic coffee.
