Our work is driven by the belief that every young person deserves equal access to a promising future, regardless of their race/ethnicity, where they live, or their household income. To make that vision a reality, our priorities are developed and advanced by our Board of Directors and three partner networks: Diplomás, Excel Beyond the Bell San Antonio, and My Brother’s Keeper San Antonio. Working with school districts, higher education, non-profits, business, and philanthropy, each of these networks are committed to ending persistent inequities in young people’s outcomes.
