Laura Forster

Laura Forster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Laura is currently working at Up Reply as a Business Unit Lead, where they lead a team and specializes in conversion rate optimization and personalization. Prior to this, they worked at Portaltech Reply as a Senior Experimentation Consultant and Project Lead, focusing on A/B testing and personalization. Laura also has experience at Infineon Technologies, alki TECHNIK GmbH, aconso AG, BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH, famPLUS GmbH, and VerbaVoice GmbH, where they held various marketing and sales roles.

Laura Forster completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration (Market-Oriented Leadership) from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in 2019. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management of Social Innovations from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in 2017.
