U-SMC is a full service General Contractor specializing in new horizontal and vertical construction, renovation, and facility repair/ maintenance using both Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build delivery methods. 

U-SMC has the personnel and resources to self-perform the following scopes: roofing; demolition; rough-in/finish carpentry, repair/replacement of electrical/fire alarm, HVAC/mechanical/plumbing; interior finishes, base support services for facility repair and maintenance; underground utilities; horizontal/civil construction (roads, sidewalks, parking lots) and earthwork/site preparation. Also, we have the capability to support emergency response.
