Up the Ratios is a nonprofit organization committed to equalizing access to STEM education and opportunities for underprivileged students. Our mission is to bridge the gap in STEM resources by providing high-quality, unused, or unwanted robotics parts to schools in need. Through donations, educational workshops, and mentorship, we help students from diverse backgrounds develop critical skills in robotics, engineering, and technology.

Founded by a group of passionate individuals, Up the Ratios aims to level the playing field for students who may not otherwise have the resources or support to pursue STEM careers. We believe that every student, regardless of their economic background, should have the opportunity to explore, learn, and thrive in the world of STEM. Our focus is on helping schools start and sustain robotics programs, particularly in underserved communities where these opportunities are often lacking.

Through our initiative, we provide not only the parts but also the guidance and expertise needed to build and grow successful robotics teams. By facilitating access to competitions like VEX Robotics, we give students the chance to showcase their skills, build confidence, and create lasting networks within the STEM community.
