Rob Panman

Rob Panman is a seasoned C-suite executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at UP3, a ServiceNow Elite partner. Previously, they held the same role at Garrison, a cyber security firm they helped scale from 5 to 175 employees, guiding it to a successful exit to Everfox. Rob's career includes significant experience at BAE Systems, where they progressed to Head of Department for Network Intelligence, overseeing complex projects and achieving P&L targets. Earlier, at Detica, Rob worked as a Consulting Engineer, leading the development of high-performance hardware products and transitioning them to mass manufacturing.
