Japhet H. is an experienced professional currently serving as an AI Resident at Apziva since July 2024, focusing on the design and implementation of machine learning models across various AI domains. Japhet has a strong academic background with advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, complemented by an Applied Data Science Program from MIT Professional Education. With a comprehensive teaching career starting in 2019 at multiple educational institutions, including UPAEP and Prepa UPAEP, Japhet has held various roles as a university professor and instructor. Prior to the academic roles, Japhet accumulated significant experience in strategic planning and risk management at BBVA Bancomer and other consulting positions.
