Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship within the real estate and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and Managing Director at Up&Up since April 2017, Ryan leads a real estate fund and property tech company. Prior to this, Ryan served as SVP of Sales and Marketing at PointCross, which earned recognition for its life sciences solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Application Sales Manager and Senior Account Executive at Responsys, where Ryan contributed to the company’s IPO and success within Oracle. Ryan co-founded AVRS, Inc., driving significant revenue before its acquisition, and held management positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and early career roles at Accruent and Central Coast Deck Care, where Ryan demonstrated a strong capability for business development and sales. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and ongoing studies at Stanford University.
