Aigars Ermansons

Aigars Ermansons is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and team coordination. Currently serving in an IT role at UPB, AS since July 2022, Aigars manages and organizes internal IT projects while assessing solutions and coordinating outsourcing work. Previously, Aigars held the position of IT Project Manager at Eleving Group from March 2015 to June 2022, overseeing product implementation and defining IT strategies across the Baltic states, Georgia, and Armenia. Aigars has also worked as an IT Technical Service Coordinator at Datakom, managing technical services and customer support, and as a Client Support Specialist in various roles. Aigars holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Technology from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Riga Technical University.
