Christopher Say

Christopher Say, CFE has a diverse work experience in marketing and franchise management. Christopher started their career as a National Marketing Specialist at First Horizon in 2002 before moving on to Brinker International, where they worked as a Marketing Manager for Chili's Grill & Bar from 2005 to 2011. At Brinker International, Christopher evaluated and modified marketing programs, collaborated with franchisees, managed marketing communications, and created franchise marketing support materials.

Following their time at Brinker International, Christopher joined Raising Cane's as a Marketing Manager for Franchisee Marketing & Communications from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they focused on evaluating and modifying marketing programs, collaborating with franchisees on sales and growth opportunities, and managing marketing communications.

Most recently, Christopher has been working at Upbound Group as the Director of Franchise Marketing for the RAC Brand since October 2018. Their responsibilities include leading franchise growth initiatives, developing the annual Franchise Go-To-Market plan, maintaining relationships with franchise owners, and acting as the voice of the Franchise Marketing Advisory Council.

Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, franchise marketing, collaboration with franchisees, budget management, and project delivery.

Christopher Say, CFE, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising & Public Relations from West Texas A&M University in 2001. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from the International Certified Franchise Executive (ICFE) in April 2022. No further information is provided about their education history beyond their bachelor's degree.
