Craig Joyner

Craig Joyner is a Director of Strategic Operations at Upbound Group, actively overseeing various strategic initiatives. Previously, Joyner held roles such as Strategic Intelligence Analyst at Lash Group, where they implemented competitive intelligence tools, and Strategic Business Leader at BRP, where they designed strategic planning frameworks. Joyner also contributed to the success of multiple market research panels at Research Now and enhanced corporate engagement during their time as a Strategy Analyst at Copart. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s in History from Texas A&M University.
