Jarrett Steele

Jarrett Steele currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Upbound Group since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Communications Manager at Daltile from 2012 to 2023, where Jarrett shifted the focus of internal communications to highlight employees’ customer service and innovation efforts. Additional experience includes working as Corporate Communications Manager at Agero, Inc. from 2007 to 2012, and as Communications Manager at Celanese from 2002 to 2007, where Jarrett led a significant intranet redesign. Previous positions include various roles at Sprint from 1994 to 2001, including Senior Internal Communications Manager, and as Media Services/Public Relations Contractor for Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City in 1993-1994. Jarrett holds a B.S. in Journalism with a focus on Business Communications and Broadcast News from The University of Kansas.
