Kai Schulz has extensive experience in digital analytics, marketing, and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Marketing Data & Digital Analytics at Upbound Group, where they focus on strategic leadership, customer personalization, data and analytics management, and growth and revenue enhancements.
