Lance Lemen

Lance Lemen currently serves as the Vice President and Director of Operations at UPBrand Collaborative, a position held since November 2021, following various roles within the company since January 2013, including Director of Operations and Creative Operations Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing creative operations, project management, vendor relationships, and enhancing agency efficiency through detailed data analysis and process refinement. Prior to UPBrand, Lance served as an Account Manager/Project Manager at Red Letter Communications and completed a Media Internship at Osborn Barr. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Southeast Missouri State University, earned in 2007.
