Veronica Mendez has extensive experience in the field of compliance and case management, currently serving as a Compliance Specialist and previously as a Lead Case Manager and Case Manager at Upbring since September 2014. Previously, Mendez worked at BCFS Health & Human Services as a Shelter Supervisor and Bilingual Case Manager III from November 2013 to September 2014. Additional roles include Personal Assistant Liaison at Texas Health Spring and various customer service positions at Asurion, Coastal Banc, Compu Bank, and Riverway Bank. Mendez holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and History from The University of Texas-Pan American and an Associate's degree in Sociology from South Texas College.
